Description

Loylogic is seeking an Insight Analyst to join a cross-functional team to identify and prioritize actionable, high-impact insights across a variety of core business areas. As an Insight Analyst, you will work on analyzing customer and transactional data across multiple channels. You will be responsible for collecting and digging into various types of data, deep-dive to identify areas of improvements and delivering actionable recommendations. It is imperative that the person brings the data to life through storytelling and data visualization. 

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyse customer and transactional data from multiple sources to gain insight and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Understand business challenges and goals of the company to formulate the approach for data analysis and model creation that will support business decision making.
  • Synthesize data into actionable recommendations.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree from a well-regarded institution in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics) with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Ability to bring out insights, actionable recommendations and stories from data.
  • Understanding of e-commerce or retail industry preferred.
  • Ability to work with limited level of instruction and supervision.
  • Expertise in SQL is required.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, or similar web analytics tool is preferred.
  • Experience in reporting tools specifically QlikView is preferred
  • Experience in any statistical analysis software is preferred.
  • Experience analyzing data with strong statistical, modeling, and forecasting skills.

Description

As a Web Designer at Loylogic, you will be part of the international E-Commerce Creative Team and work on the conception, design and development of a diverse range of marketing material, which is core to Loylogic’s international engagement strategy. Your creative output will be in the form of diverse online communications and visuals, created to enhance our existing client websites and new web solutions. You will also take part in the design and maintenance of Loylogic’s corporate website and newsletters. Responsibilities

  • Working as part of the E-Commerce Marketing team in close collaboration with the E-Commerce Managers
  • Deliver quality visual web content and newsletters within given deadlines
  • Design & Production of HTML newsletters, ensuring cross-email-browser compatibility
  • Creation of diverse visuals & banners for our online solutions ensuring it's in line with company branding policy and the requirements of the client

Requirement

Description

The Vice President of Technology will have the extraordinary opportunity to drive Loylogic technology and solutions forward as we grow the company for scale. The person will lead multiple teams including solution architecture, technical architecture and service management. Reporting into COO, this person will work closely with Delivery head to co-manage the whole technology department. The person will take architecture decisions, will be the catalyst to manage change towards faster and better releases, will spearhead automation across SDLC and spearhead better service reliability, scalability, performance and availability.

Following is the snapshot of some responsibilities:

  • Drive technology leadership, creating scalable architecture, frameworks, best practices, architecture and coding guidelines and ensuring their adherence.
  • Shorten the release cycle to as much as weekly
  • Move the team to automation
  • Bring best SDLC practices such as pair-programming to drive code quality
  • Lead service management embibing ITIL practices for better “ilities“

In your new role, you report to the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and are responsible for acquiring new and develop existing loyalty customers (e.g., loyalty companies, loyalty service provider or mobile wallet provider). Description

As Controller at Loylogic, your key responsibility is to have an accurate picture of Loylogic’s financial situation at all times.  You will report directly to the CFO and manage the end-to-end accounting processes and track as well as report actual performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the month end closing process end to end within timelines and participate in the preparation of the management reporting
  • Manage daily finance processes such as client invoicing and collection, accounts payable, credit card payment and reconciliations
  • Coordinate payroll and employee expense processes in all countries
