Pune, Associate Service Manager



As an Associate Service Manager you plan and execute our international IT service management projects. You will be responsible for IT Support services, Hosting Management, Security compliance and certifications. You will be involved in IT Support and SLA management, release management, hosting and Infra management, software & configuration management, and security compliance and certification activities.


  • Plan and manage IT service desk
  • Plan and manage SCM (Software Configuration Management) team to support release and hosting
  • Drive problem and incident management with Clients
  • IT SLA management
  • Work with hosting vendors to support hosting and infra management
  • Manage and maintain various information security compliances and certifications for the company
  • Manage IT infra license and inventories
  • Contribute to Loylogic’s project and process methodology


  • Min. 3 years’ experience in service management with an IT services provider or SaaS product companyExperience in IT Service Management
  • Experience in hosting & Infra structure
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Excellent vendor management skills
  • Successful service management experience including

-        Projects covering web technologies (J2EE, Oracle etc.)

-        Projects covering web hosting requirements (Dedicated and cloud hosting, Web and DB servers, Tomcat, Apache)

-        Projects using international development teams (including off shoring)

-        Experience in ITIL methodologies

  • Experience in Security standards and compliances
  • Experience in the airline, travel, loyalty or retail industry is a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written
